Litigation boutique Ferrell Law is being shuttered after it disintegrated in the wake of the death of Miami attorney Milton Ferrell Jr., its sole equity shareholder and main rainmaker.

In the days after Ferrell’s death, the firm’s former managing partner, Steven Waserstein, implied the firm would continue operating and that a succession plan was in place. But he would not discuss details.
