By July, the San Francisco personal injury firm may have nine lawyers, down from its current 15, founder William Veen said Thursday. Longtime lawyers Cynthia McGuinn and James Butler are leaving this summer for different destinations, and are taking some lawyers and staff with them. McGuinn and attorney Miles Cooper will be joining a smaller firm, where McGuinn will become a name partner, and both will have fewer management duties.
