The court of appeals affirmed in part and reversed in part a judgment of the district court and remanded. The court held that undisclosed incentive retainer agreements between class representatives and class counsel that created conflicts among them and the rest of the class did not require rejection of a settlement where two unconflicted class representatives with unconflicted counsel adequately represented the class.
