It may be too soon to tell, but Philadelphia-based plaintiffs firm Anapol Schwartz Weiss Cohan Feldman & Smalley and Pittsburgh-based general practice firm Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott both kicked off the new year by opening West Virginia offices.
