DiNapoli said Wednesday that he had revoked the pensions of Joseph Pondolfino, Thomas DeBoy and Gilbert Henoch. So far, the comptroller's probe has affected 26 attorneys.

Three more attorneys will have to pay back pensions improperly received from school districts, according to New York Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli.
DiNapoli said Wednesday that he had revoked the pensions of Joseph Pondolfino, Thomas DeBoy and Gilbert Henoch. Additionally, he has rescinded the service credit accrued by Michael Bergan, Paul Dierdorf and Eugene Renzi. He said that he would recoup erroneous payments made to Pondolfino, Bergan and Dierdorf.
