Last Thursday, The Blog of Legal Times reported that Arent Fox chairman Marc Fleischaker had confirmed that a group of health care partners had departed the firm’s D.C. office for Arnold & Porter. He said that partners Alan Reider, Alisson Shuren and Paul Rudolf would be starting at their new firm this week.
Wednesday, Arnold & Porter announced not only that the three lawyers have indeed started at the firm, but also that one nonlawyer, Thomas Gustafson, has also joined from Arent Fox. Reider and Shuren are both partners in the health care and FDA practice, and Rudolf and Gustafson join as senior health care advisers.
