Much Shelist Denenberg Ament & Rubenstein, a Chicago-based law firm with 85 attorneys, has formed an outside board of advisers to give direction to the firm’s management committee on “a broad range of issues that impact legal services,” according to the firm.

The panel will act like a board of directors for the firm, giving Much Shelist an outside perspective on cultural, global, economic and technological issues among other topics, the firm said in a release. The first of the quarterly meetings took place last week in a three-hour session, said David Brown, who craved some fresh views after being chairman of the management committee for 10 years.
