Bingham McCutchen has lost another longtime San Francisco Bay Area partner. Beth Parker, who became a partner with the legacy McCutchen firm in 1989, will join Arnold & Porter in July as its fifth San Francisco partner. She joins three other former Bingham partners who made the same move in March. Former partners say Parker had been an important part of the McCutchen, and later Bingham, culture, mentoring young attorneys and taking on women's and associates' morale issues.

Parker, who became a partner with the legacy McCutchen firm in 1989, is a civil litigator who focuses her practice on intellectual property, complex commercial, antitrust, constitutional and civil rights litigation, according to Bingham’s Web site.
