Three janitors who claimed that they were paid less than minimum wage, denied overtime pay, and sometimes went months at a time without a check have settled their lawsuit against a cleaning contractor.

Edgar Martinez, 26, Miguel Angel Buch, 48, and Angela Vasquez, 50, were janitors working in Stamford for Capital Cleaning and the company’s subcontractor, Conquest Cleaning. The workers made numerous unsuccessful requests to the cleaning companies to receive the money they believed they were owed.
