The firm will close its small Redwood Shores, Calif., office on June 30. Firm CEO Thomas VanKirk said the office's lack of profitability made the firm question its future, and the recent loss of a few attorneys sealed its fate. "That office has been losing money -- not a fortune, but not insubstantial amounts," said VanKirk.
