New York University School of Law has formed the Institute for the Study of Regulation, a nonpartisan advocacy group and think tank committed to promoting economic analysis of environmental, public health and safety regulation.
The law school’s Center for Environmental and Land Use Law will house the institute, which will include faculty, a board of advisers from academia and the public policy arena and fellows.
