A non-attorney judge from central New York resigned from the bench after he was notified of a judicial misconduct watchdog's investigation of a spate of allegations.
The matters under investigation included his failure to transfer his son's traffic tickets to another jurist, and not remitting court funds in a timely manner during 2023, according to a determination made public on Monday.
