She has spent the better part of the past decade following the evolution of legal tech and learning how it can help in-house counsel, law firms and others in the legal industry. As a former practicing litigator, she is particularly interested in how legal tech can and should be used in real-life practice and the valuable differences it can make. Stephanie is also keenly interested in shining a light on the ways legal tech is being used to help the greater good.

Brad Blickstein is a legal industry futurist. He has been studying, analyzing and reporting on how legal services are purchased and delivered for more than 30 years. As the creator and publisher of seminal research on trends in law department operations, including the Annual Law Department Operations Survey, and as a co-founder of the industry's first independent publication focused exclusively on law departments, Brad is widely regarded as the authority in these areas.

Rhys Hodkinson | Chief Revenue Officer | Definely

After completing his undergraduate degree in Economics and Postgraduate degree in Law at the University of Cape Town, Rhys Hodkinson started his career as a trainee solicitor / candidate attorney at Baker McKenzie in South Africa. In 2018, Rhys left law and moved to the UK where he obtained his MBA from the University of Cambridge. He later joined Definely as the first member of its commercial team. At Definely, Rhys is responsible for managing the commercial functions incorporating Marketing, Sales and Customer Success and ensuring Definely's GTM is executed against and commercial objectives are continuing to be reached.

Kristel Kurtz | Partner | Cherry Bekaert Advisory LLC

As a Partner at Cherry Bekaert, Kristel is responsible for developing client relationships and delivering client outcomes through corporate and commercial strategy, operating model design, and M&A planning and implementation.

Kristel brings extensive experience in sales and financial management to her role, which she has gained as a sales leader and CFO with 20+ years of strategy and management consulting. She advises on and leads strategic imperatives such as Market Entry, Sales Force Optimization, Restructuring, and Merger Integrations. She utilizes her expertise to scenario play, communicates with both professionals and clients and implements smart strategic choices.

George Socha | SVP of Brand Awareness | Reveal 

George Socha is responsible for increasing market awareness and adoption of Reveal's platform globally. Additionally, George is tasked with guiding the product roadmap and consulting with Reveal customers on effective deployment of legal technology. In 2005, he co-founded the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) whose frameworks and content have empowered a generation of legal professionals. He has worked for over three decades as a lawyer, advisor and court-approved expert. George received his JD from Cornell Law School and his BA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
