In his first appearance in court since a Manhattan federal jury found him guilty of fraud and money laundering, FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried’s new counsel said his trial attorneys Mark S. Cohen and Christian Everdell of Cohen & Gresser plan to withdraw from the case.
