Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe patent litigators Robert Benson and Jeffrey Johnson, who focus their practice in Taiwan and China, have joined Baker Botts as partners in the intellectual property department.
Benson, who led Orrick’s Taiwan practice, joined Baker Botts’ San Francisco office, while Johnson is in Houston, where Am Law 100 firm Baker Botts was founded. They joined the firm on Saturday.
