Attorneys at Winston & Strawn filed a fraud and data breach lawsuit on behalf of manufacturer Apex Tool Group in the North Carolina Superior Court for Mecklenburg County, alleging its cybersecurity provider failed to detect a “widespread and active attack” which caused approximately $25 million in losses.
