Rafael Leite, a federal judge in Brazil, grew up surrounded by innovation. His father worked in technology, so his house was the first in the neighborhood to get a computer and internet.
It seems natural then that, when Leite became a judge stationed in the Amazon town of Manaus, he turned to technology for assistance with an unmanageable workload of 50,000 cases.
