A federal judge shot down an attempt from social media companies to appeal her ruling refusing to dismiss hundreds of youth addiction lawsuits.
At a Friday hearing, U.S. District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers said that she planned to reject a motion filed by the social media companies to certify an interlocutory appeal of her Nov. 14 ruling to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
