Happy Friday, and welcome to another roundup of the week’s news about the judiciary. This week, we take a look at two of President Biden’s judicial picks who seem to be in confirmation limbo – the Senate has sent their names back to the White House, and they haven’t yet been renominated. Plus, I updated a list that I first put together in 2022 showing which federal judges were feeder judges for Biden’s judicial nominees – and a few new names popped up.
