The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board is accepting applications for three volunteer attorneys and one lay member to consider cases of lawyer misconduct.
The 20-member board is appointed by the Virginia Supreme Court and is made up of 16 attorneys and four lay members. Appointed members may serve two consecutive three-year terms. An unexpired term appointment may serve two consecutive three-year terms after completing an unexpired term.
