Former NFL player and Fox Sports analyst Reginald A. Bush II filed a defamation lawsuit against the National Collegiate Athletic Association, accusing a spokesman of falsely telling reporters that the plaintiff had engaged in a "'pay-for-play'" arrangement with the University of Southern California while he was a college athlete.
