The American Bar Association is entering the judicial reform debate with what it’s billing as a bipartisan report and list of recommendations it believes will help increase the public’s faith in the U.S. court system, including the Supreme Court.

“Confidence in our judicial process is fundamental to a working democracy,” said ABA President Deborah Enix-Ross following the release of the new report from the organization’s Task Force on Law, Society and the Judiciary.
