Three school board officials did not reach the threshold to establish that they suffered “severe emotional distress” under Oregon’s new anti-doxing law, the Oregon Court of Appeals has held.
Three officials from Newberg Dundee School District Board of Directors, Trevor DeHart, Brian Shannon and Dave Brown, filed a complaint under ORS 30.835, referred to as an anti-doxing statute in court records, alleging that three parents improperly disclosed private information.
