Lawyers for talc claimants filed a new motion asking a bankruptcy judge to grant them standing to sue Johnson & Johnson for fraud.

In a Thursday motion, the Official Committee of Talc Claimants sought standing to file the adversary complaint, which also would name 26 executives, including several members of Johnson & Johnson’s in-house legal team, including: Erik Haas, worldwide vice president of litigation; retired general counsel Michael Ullmann; assistant general counsel Nimish Amin; and former assistant general counsel Chris Andrew.
