A law professor and former dean of St. Mary’s University School of Law has been accused of sexually assaulting a law student.
Stephen M. Sheppard, 60, has been accused of raping a female student, then 23, in his office on Oct. 6, according to San Antonio Express News. He has not yet been formally charged.
