The American Bar Association’s Section of Legal Education and Admissions decided to hit pause on whether to make law schools test-optional after hundreds of deans expressed their concerns.
During its Friday meeting in Chicago, Bill Adams, managing director of ABA accreditation and legal education, said that, after hearing concerns from various stakeholders, the council would remove the item from the ABA House of Delegates’ agenda for when it meets in Denver in August.
