Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian laid off 10% of its attorneys, paralegals and staff in its U.S. offices in response to current macroeconomic and market conditions, according to an internal memo obtained by Law.com.

Affected employees were notified on Tuesday, according to the memo, and incoming associates who are graduating in the spring may, on a case-by-case basis, have deferred start dates.
