DLA Piper and Katten Muchin Rosenman are the latest Big Law firms to sweeten the bonus pot for high-billers, though they are somewhat outliers in doing so this year.

A majority of large firms have continued to match the scale set by Baker McKenzie, which legal consultants said is an indication that firm management is proceeding with caution given the uncertainty looming over 2023.
