Dentons will complete the spin-off of its Russian practice effective Jan. 1, 2023, with the creation of an independent law firm under a new name, Nextons.
Present in the country for more than 30 years, with offices in Moscow and St. Petersburg, Dentons originally announced in March that it planned to separate from its Russian operations following the invasion of Ukraine on Feb. 24, 2022.
