Juul Labs Inc. has settled thousands of lawsuits brought by governmental entities, individuals, school districts and others over its electronic cigarettes.
A lead lawyer for the plaintiffs announced the settlement on Tuesday at a hearing before U.S. District Judge William Orrick of the Northern District of California, who is overseeing the multidistrict litigation in San Francisco.
