At a time when the legal industry talent market remains hot nationwide, one state is struggling to recruit attorneys to a position that has traditionally been viewed as highly coveted: state judge.

According to a recent Idaho Judicial Branch report, the state court has seen a decline in interest and applications for judgeships as it attempts to counteract the natural attrition of an aging judiciary.
