A solo practitioner who was indefinitely suspended by the Ohio Supreme Court in 2018 for numerous misconduct violations also had an emergency suspension order imposed Friday for his alleged failure to respond to an investigation pertaining to multiple unpaid client medical bills.

On Aug. 3, the Ohio Board of Professional Conduct issued a certification of default to the state high court after Cleveland attorney Steven Jerome Moody failed to respond to a formal complaint certified to the board on June 28, 2022.
