An estate planning attorney in Virginia has agreed to a three-year suspension for allegedly failing to finalize estate matters when she qualified as the administrator and not communicating to multiple requests for information.

Richelle D. Moore, who represented herself in the disciplinary matter, agreed to the suspension for her alleged misconduct as the administrator of the Estate of Audrey Lenore Stecher. Moore was found to have violated the Rules of Professional Conduct pertaining to Rule 1.4 communication; Rule 1.3 diligence; Rule 1.15 safekeeping property; Rule 8.1 bar admission and disciplinary matters; and Rule 8.4 misconduct, according the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board’s order.
