Legal Speak PodcastEarlier this month, a California federal judge chastised attorneys for discovery-related disputes "a third-grader could resolve" between two Am Law 200 firms representing aerospace manufacturers in a trade secrets case.
And just this past week, a Florida federal judge demanded that attorneys for 3M answer "who gave them the right" to unilaterally cancel depositions in an MDL.
