Cuatrecasas managing partner, Jorge Badía, has passed away unexpectedly. He was 59 years old.
An expert lawyer in litigation and arbitration, Badía was named the firm’s managing director in 2015, and then managing partner in 2019. He managed the firm’s strategic development and, as a fee earner, advised on complex corporate disputes, particularly shareholder disputes that arose during corporate investment and merger and acquisitions processes.
