President Joe Biden nominated Delaware Supreme Court Justice Tamika Renee Montgomery-Reeves to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit on Wednesday.
Montgomery-Reeves has served on the state court since 2019, and before that was vice chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery for four years. She was the first Black judge to ever sit on the Delaware Supreme Court.
