A disputed deposition and attorney-client privilege is at the heart of an employment discrimination case between former fleet service agents and their employers, American Airlines Inc. and U.S. Airways Inc.

Plaintiffs Andre Fields, Kendall Green and Andre Roundtree filed an action in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against their employers, collectively referred to as American Air, in March 2019.
