An effort to improve diversity in the American legal profession has new wind in its sails thanks to the collaboration of Georgia judges, lawyers and bar associations.

From encouraging law careers sooner to offering guidance on the law school admission process and creating a pipeline for law graduates to secure legal careers, jurists are rolling out initiatives aimed at addressing a decadelong stagnation in minority representation.
