The political action committee affiliated with the Heritage Foundation was blocked Monday from intervening in a yearslong litigation over whether the Federal Elections Commission has failed to address allegations that the PAC violated campaign finance laws.
The decision further opens the door for the Campaign Legal Center, which filed the original FEC complaint, to continue a series of civil actions against the entities over alleged violations.
