As the metaverse evolves into what many predict will be a next generation internet, plaintiff firms are eyeing this emerging space closely as an arena of future litigation. “Our job is to imagine the unimaginable and at this point we’re making sure we’re on the watch,” said New York-based Labaton Sucharow partner Michael Canty.
