Biden tapped Munger Tolles partner E. Martin Estrada to be the U.S. attorney for the Central District of California, which includes Los Angeles. Estrada, who has worked at the firm since 2014, focuses his practice on complex litigation and investigations. He has handled high-profile matters including major antitrust litigation involving LG Electronics, and Wells Fargo litigation alleging unlawful sales practices.
