In a putative class action lawsuit against baby food manufacturer Gerber, a federal judge in Virginia has appointed interim counsel and co-lead counsel for 27 plaintiffs who allege the company knowingly sold baby food with dangerous levels of heavy metals.
The first claim was filed in March 2021 with a deadline of November to elect interim lead counsel.
