Davis Wright Tremaine Prevails in Quest to See Border Patrol's Marijuana Policies

It took more than three years, but lawyers at Davis Wright Tremaine finally got documents detailing U.S. Customs and Border Protection's admissions policies on foreign nationals who work in their countries' legal marijuana industries.

The bottom line, the Davis Wright lawyers say, is that U.S. border officials' tough talk threatening permanent bans of foreign citizens working at Canadian-legal marijuana companies did not match CBP's own policies.
