While plaintiffs lawyer Jay Edelson feels so strongly that there’s a problem with class action claims rates that he made one of his famous rap videos to highlight the issue, his peers aren’t all in agreement.
“There is a big internal struggle within the plaintiffs bar about how to resolve these cases,” Edelson said referring primarily to data privacy class actions involving technology companies.
