U.S. District Judge Alan Albright of the Western District of Texas canceled a patent infringement trial between VLSI Technology LLC and Intel Corp. on the second day of trial Tuesday after attorneys working on the case tested positive for COVID-19.
It was not immediately clear who the attorneys are.
