MEET THE NEW BOSS -  McDermott, Will & Emery has hired a team of lawyers from Sidley Austin in Singapore. The team, led by veteran investigations and life sciences expert Yuet Ming Tham, includes three other Sidley lawyers who have jumped to McDermott in Singapore, sources told Law.com International’s Jessica Seah. Tham joins McDermott as Asia Pacific managing partner and global co-chair of the firm’s government investigations and compliance practice. In her new role, she is relocating from Hong Kong to Singapore, where she will lead the office as managing partner. She confirmed her move with a post on LinkedIn. Tham is joined by Sidley counsel Shu Min Ho and associates Margaret Huang and Sam Johnson. Ho has relocated from Hong Kong to Singapore as a McDermott partner. Huang and Johnson join as counsel.
