Nixon Peabody is rolling out a practice group catering to clients’ own diversity, equity and inclusion ambitions. The group was formed as a result of client requests for help on DEI goals as well as emerging business opportunities in underserved communities, the firm said.

“We’ve seen a significant jump in clients asking how to develop resource groups and follow through on commitments related to DEI,” said Rekha Chiruvolu, chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer at Nixon.
