Meta Platforms Inc. tapped Kirkland & Ellis to defend the corporate successor to Facebook in a proposed class action from porn stars claiming the social media giant colluded with content subscription service OnlyFans to systematically hide and delete social media posts from certain adult entertainers.

Kirkland & Ellis litigation partners K. Winn Allen and Devin Anderson in Washington, D.C., and Michael Esser in the San Francisco Bay Area are defending Meta, Facebook and Instagram against claims the company blacklists adult performers who publish content on OnlyFans’ competitors.
