To foster an environment attractive to the industry’s most sought-after professionals, Philadelphia-headquartered firm Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr has rapidly expanded its talent management and professional development team with additions from peer firms in the Am Law 200.

Led by Chandra Kilgriff, who joined from Robins Kaplan in September 2021 to serve in the newly created position of chief talent officer, Saul Ewing’s talent team has grown to 16 people, often occupying newly created roles such as director of coaching and well-being.
