Attorney Resigns From Bar After Investigation Reveals Affair With Client's Girlfriend
Just three days after the preliminary hearing for his client, the attorney wrote to the client's girlfriend to profess his love for her, asking her to come live with him to "start a bold new life together," according to a disciplinary board filing.
